That's kind of my problem with clones. Once it gets sold a couple times who will be honest? I get the argument that everyone needs to do their homework or too bad. I get it.

    That is a beautiful car.

I was thinking the same thing, right off the bat I think the GS fender emblems are too high above the Stage 1 emblem, but since the whole car is a recreation, well you know. Trunk emblem is wonky too.
Still a beautiful car but dumping all that money into a Skylark to “make it” a Stage 1 GS?
Oh well, it is still worth something as a pretty, big block car

Hopefully the average Joe will be smart enough to check the VIN and realize it is a Skylark, and not a GS. Shouldn't be very difficult to figure that out......

Depends on the crowd of course, and it has every penny and MORE in it on the higher guesses, but I am going to take the lower road & guess $19700
I definitely wouldn’t kick it outta bed for sippin on ethanol!

AND Being a Driver you can run it like it was built to do without an issue. Plenty more into it. Really is a beautiful car. You know it creates conversations everywhere.

    Emblems off are so duh...

If anybody notices the emblems you drive too slow.

I'll throw my hat in the $25K ring because it's such a well done job. If it goes for more than that, I'll bump the price on my '71 real GS. :D

I saw the car in person today and it looked much better online than in person. It will be interesting to see what it brings tomorrow being a no reserve auction.

Wow. Happy seller. That is top dollar for a clone. Only takes a couple bidders. WOW.
