I was wondering if there would be anyone on here that could either email me a copy of the trim code number colors for 73-75 GS cars or help me find a site that breaks them down by numbers.I know that there are a few guys on here that can point me in the right direction. Also where would I find the breakdown for seat styles? A51,A65 etc.I also have 1 more request. On my 73 cowl tag it has for the build time 11 E.When does thet mean that it was built? In the 1st week of December? How about TRIM 136-?What color is it?
Sorry for sounding stupid.I'm sick and wiped out from all the OT lately.

    Hi Pat -

Sorry, I cannot help with the trim codes. In 1972, Fisher started having one code and Buick another. These codes may have cross-references in the assembly manuals.

If 1972 is any reference, trim codes ending in '6' are saddle. In 1972 136 was a saddle colored notch-back (armrest) bench seat.

    - however -

    A51 - buckets
A65 - notchback (armrest) bench seat
11E means 5th week (E) November(11) when Fisher finished the body and sent it back to Buick for final mating with the chassis.

    Thanks Marco,
Coincidentally my 73 has 136 and it is a Saddle notchback seat with arm rest.Looks like they may not have changed as much as we might think in 73.I need to request some info from you and have a few things that I have questions about from some of the info that I have received from members that are helping support the 73-75 registry I have started.I also have some info on a 70 GS Stage 1 car and that 73 white Stage 1 car for you.I will email you when I get over this flu, since I can't seem to think straight lately.
    Thanks alot for the help.
