Does anyone know of someone close to NY that sells a Cowl hood for an 83 regal... my sisters and parents want to buy me one for my birthday, but shipping seems to be going way over budget.... and i understand that, i can't afford the shipping alone for every place i've found with one.... i'd like a 2 1/4 or something around there, nothing crazy, just enough that i don't have to get a drop base air cleaner, i like the look of a cowl too, but not to big, gets silly looking.
