My car has an incorrect shifter in it. Has a bolt-in handle, but beyond that I don't know much about it. I just picked up a Hurst Shifter with the correct slide-in 5335 handle in good shape. The shifter body is stamped 3138 and also 1010511G. it seem pretty tight. What year is that for? Is it correct for my 69? Addtionally, it came with out linkages. What are the odd that I can just swap the shifter body and handle into my car? -- Steve
Jim -- I know the lever is correct. I was very happy when I pulled it out of the body and saw 5335. But what about the shifter body itself? -- Steve
