Converting to floor shift

    I have a '64 Skylark with the 355 Wildcat motor and 2 Speed tranny. I'm upgrading to a 200R4 with a Lokar gear selector. Besides cutting a hole in the tranny tunnel will I need to add a transmission "hump" or can I just cover the hole with a boot? Will I be able to reuse the factory armrest console? I've seen the consoles for the '65 automatic GS's and they are nice but probably hard to find. Did Buick produce an automatic with floor shift in '64? Thanks in advance.
