I've got a Chevrolet 305 V8 for sale for $300. It's a 80-85 model with the High Output (HO), 80-85 heads with 58cc, 1.84" Intake & 1.50" Exhaust valve sizes, & have the 7 bolt stock exhaust manifolds. They are 1402260 casting numbers. Has several new parts & ran strong and great before I pulled it. I had it in a Monte Carlo, but pulled it out about 2-3 years ago and sold the car. The engine has been sitting in the back of my dad's garage on plywood ever since. It's still currently connected to a 700R4 transmission, but it does not come with the sale. With the initial sale you get the complete engine minus accessories and carb; complete from intake to oil pan, & water pump to flywheel. If you want the 700R4 with the engine, it'll be an extra $250...and $300 to sell by itself. Also have a nice black (don't know if it's paint or powdercoat; probaby just high heat paint) set of SBC headers for the engine that I'll let go for $150 with the engine and $200 without. Willing to PART OUT engine if necessary, but would rather sell complete. Also, I will entertain OFFERS and TRADES. For trades, I'm in the market for Buick 455 parts (such as: '70 pistons, bigger Stage 1 sized valves, Stage 1 or aluminum heads, roller rockers, 2500-3000 stall converter, March or similar aluminum pulleys, electric water pump, respectable electric radiator fan setup, 494 stroker rods), & who knows what else I missed...so, it doesn't hurt to ask!!! :beer Don't currently have pictures, but will get some when I head out to my folks place, which should be soon.
