I recently purchased a '67 Electra 2D. The owner told me he had recently bought a remanufactured Carb from Napa. Its a Carter for sure and the plate on it says 3521o, thats o as in Oscar. I have been to Napa and Autozone and they cant locate a rebuild kit for it. I believe it was orinaglly for a '64 lincoln which also had a 430 w/AC. If you have and info it would help me greatly.

    Thanks
    Matt

You've got the wrong carb.......those originally came with a Q-jet. However, you should be able to get a kit for that Carter based on the ID number.....try a different parts guy.

It is a Q-Jet manufactured by Carter. The only identification I can find is an alum plate on the throttle body that has a very small R/P then 3521o. Its a rebuilt from NAPA and is Alum body.

    Thanks for the help
