    Don't settle for less than a Moroso BRUTE STRENGTH. It may not be the best, but it handles it. I have only been through one in 10m years, and have a back up in the box new. (4 series) 600hp / 600tq / 411 gears eats trannys. BE READY.

    From What I Have Found LE code is 2.73 ratio for 1968/69 non locking and LE Code is 3.42 for 1973 and is locking

    Thanks Wade. :TU: Where did you get that information?
    If possible would you mind posting a pic or link of the Canadian codes that you have?

    Just recieved all the parts I ordered. Will pull the whole rear axle out and verify that gear ratio upon rebuild shortly.

    I Dont Have A Link As I Got The Info From The Library But I Do Have 4 Pages Of Years And Codes IF You Need To Know Any More Codes
    I Found This Info In An Interchange Book The Library Is A Great Place To Find This Stuff And Ours Let You Copy Ref. Material For Free :3gears:

    While beginning to install the new 3:90 gears I found out for sure that the LE code for the factory Canadian 12 bolt was in fact 2.73 open ratio as pictured here. Thanks Wade you were correct. Just wanted to update this thread if anyone has problems in the future with that LE code.
