  2. In and effort to reduce the spam on the site, several years ago I had went to a program where I manually approve each and every new registration. This approval gives you full access to the site, to pictures, and to post, among other things. To be able to enjoy the full potential of the board for you, you need to be fully registered.. and that's easy.. Just send an email to me at jim@trishieldperformance.com and I will verify your registration. This policy will remain in effect indefinitely, as it has completely eliminated the bad actors from our site, who would spam and hack it, once they gained access. Thanks JW

    Mike Wowk Who freakin' cares?

My buddy bought a 69 Mudstain from Canada and he lost the registration before it was officially put into his name. He was told that if you loose the registration in Canada your screwed and you can't get a duplicate???? This isn't possible is it?

Get him to contact the Motor Vehicle Branch in the Province he bought it in. Better yet in the same city/town. I think the vendor will have to officially apply for a new registration card. Once in hand he can sign off as Sold & send it to your buddy. No big deal, maybe $ 10-15. Does the vendor still have the plates?
Shouldn't be too hard at all.

As Steve implied vehicle registration/ownership is a provincial matter. The laws in each province are not the same but similar.Go to the Dept. of Motor Vehicles in the province where same was registered-no big deal at all.Don't go to Transport Canada over this type of matter. Hope this helps. Rod
