Can you convert to a hydraulic clutch??

I'm in the planning stages of putting a Buick 215/4 speed in my 78 Triumph (if I ever find an engine/tranny!). I believe the trans bolted behind the 215 in a Buick was a T10(?). If so, can this trans be adapted to a hydraulic clutch system? My triumph uses a hydraulic system and I'd like to keep it that way.
If not, would a later T5 from an S10 or Camaro bolt to this engine?
    Thanks

I'm not sure if this helps, but here is what I'm doing:

I have an originally auto car, 71 Custom, 430 converted
(in process) to a munice m20. This is my plan:

I bought a set of used a-body pedals
I'm using a Howe bearing specifically designed for a Muncie or a T-10
It cost about $150. the howe bearing is a throw-out bearing that expands with hydraulic power to depress the clutch. it works pretty slick. I'm not sure on the mastercylinder requirements though.
