Good choice on going roller! As Jim pointed out the 335 is for the blank core, you still have to pay for the grind, its an expense, but worth it. On the lifters, dont dick around with trying to save a few bucks, call TA and have them set you up with the JOHNSON roller lifters, the Morels are GARBAGE! When I went roller with my 350, I had the Morels, they took forever to pump up, then they'd bleed down, pump up again, bleed down, it was random, I called TA and ordered the Johnsons, quiet as a church mouse! Even after sitting long periods. I spent over a grand on roller lifters, The JUNK Morels, then the AWESOME Johnson lifters. I hope others learn from my experience. The Morels say TA Performance on the link bars. The Johnsons have the black on 'em
The Johnson link bar will work in the 215. The Morel oil hole is too high like the Chevy. The V6 lifters are like the factory setup in newer motors but unfortunately there is no cheap factory roller cam like in other motors.
Okay, so if I work out a spider, the Chevy 3.1/3.4 roller lifter works; or go with the link bar Johnson’s.
I would also have the camshaft fit to use the bronze spacer for the wear surface against the front of the block.... if you are going to use the roller cam
