Build sheet or what have I found?

    I recently had the rear seat out of the 67 GS and found this tag fastened to the underside of the seat. What is it? Is this the build sheet or something else? If anyone can tell me more about what the codes and numbers mean, it would be interesting.

    It looks like an option sheet that should match your trim tag under the hood.
