Today was our last race of the season and my car has been running great. in the last four races i haven't went out before the third round. Went runner up once, twice to semis and one third round out. Today i went to the semis killing 5 on the way. I was paired up with a good friend who i race all the time. He has never been to a final in 6 years of racing. Here's how the slip reads. Reaction is based on a .000 perfect. Dustin Wade 12.95 12.67 .018 .056 1.896 1.778 8.245 8.055 84.969 85.788 12.895 12.623 106.248 106.933 -.063 -.047 I did beat him to the line by .009 :Smarty: Margin of victory .016 I talked to him after the race we both knew we were going to break out but we agreed neither would lift before the race. It was one of the best races that i have ever ran. :3gears: Thanks Dustin
.018, Boy you really tree-ed him, and double breakout races are always cool, basically a heads up race. What kind of car/setup was your friend running?
Wade has a plymouth savoy i think it's a 70 but im not sure. He runs a 360 crate motor and has a NOS kit but im not sure what size pretty mild though. It's a beautiful car. I would rather him end my day than a camaro or a mustang Thanks Dustin
It's not too often that the Buicks lose-what is nice to see is an underdog(like the Buick) clean house against all the brand Xer's. That is cool. :TU:
I have raced for a few years so i have it down pretty well. I know my car anyway. I finished in the better two-thirds for points also. I am the only buick that runs the points program too. Thanks Dustin
