Had to go back and find out who started this thread.
Yep, who I thought, docgsx Mr. Darren Edmonds himself!
Great thread. Very popular and really took off! Where is the “hats off” emoji?

Maybe I'm a victim of advertising… I don't know? But I'm fixing to make some pancakes from here until eternity!

Do you guys let your hotdogs rest? Because I really don't know what's proper… IMG_0962.jpeg

Anyway, right now because it's Fa 71607569828__24D14284-4975-4631-BF7C-8EE41D6112F3.jpeg ll? We're doing hotdogs on Sundays instead of ribeyes…

Not sure if hotdogs have the pedigree to understand or require a rest after grilling. We often refer to hotdogs as appetizers or palate cleansers. Definitely respected as a premier, extruded, tubular, meat product.

Nooo. Cooling off by sucking in air is the best part of eating a hotdog! Think that’s why they’re named “hot”. ☺️

    BUICKRAT Got any treats?

Nope. Just grab them off the grill, slam them into a bun and shove into pie hole. Burnt fingers and mouth is all part of the experience!

Back to the basics, as Mart is moving to a condo on a golf course!
My home was listed 2 weeks ago and despite the time of year and bidflation rates, I have showings & offers!

Costco grilled sirloin, baked, broccoli, & salad.

It has soybean oil. Poison, and nowhere near pure.

How about some rosemary/garlic infused oil sautéed New York strips?
I scored the steaks and salted them. Now I'm fixing to sauté them in garlic/Rosemary infused FIRST COLD PRESSED IMG_1023.jpeg EVOO
