I would do it all over again. Everything always turns out perfect. And cuts cooking time by at least half. And same with clean up time

Yes. Pretty much do whatever you want. Might add. Like anything adjust your cooking style. But this thing can do it all. sure. Can do pretty much anything on this thing. IRC crisp, dehydrate, and all the normal 5+ other things. Probably missing something’s. Must warn though, if cooking for a big family, it just won’t work out. Man this would be perfect for a dorm come to think about it.
