Max Damage I'm working on it!

What are those filled with? My mom was a pole, so I miss those things. Never made them myself…

All of ours are done with mashed potatoes (with sauteed garlic and shallot, goat cheese, and sour cream, salt). Absolutely drool worthy. I could eat that stuff by itself. But we usually pan fry them. Or boil, depending on who we are cooking for.

Ill be having homemade pierogis at my Mother-in-laws tomorrow night. Potato and cheese or mushroom and sauerkraut. My wife's grandmother makes homemade blueberry pierogis.

I miss the Pierogis the women at the churches in Pittsburgh used to make.

Merry Christmas from my kitchen to yours! No cooking for me this Holiday, time to eat from others efforts. See you New Years Eve with some seafood. Keep the pics coming.

I was just thinking to myself, Fred’s probably gonna do lobsters tonight! I’m just heating up the grill now, so I can pan sear some filet mignon, and then throw it over the flame.

Just so you know where I’m at with my filet image.jpg
I went for the quick and easy with the potatoes, potato medallions, super crispy!

i’m sipping a California cab, not my favorite, but goes with the meal nicely.
