I added a couple of these to my garage and thought others may also want some as well. They are 12.5 feet tall (without the base) They cost me $19.95 each plus shipping (without the base). I think they are very nice. They can be hung up or you can make your own base and use a thin piece (or 2) of PVC pipe or you could buy the base like me. Get them before they sell out.
