Never been opened. $55.00 shipped to the lower 48. Money Order only. Thanks, Ken Car is sold pending payment arrival. Thanks Ponch !
I've never seen anyone get so worked up about a deal that went their way. IF you are refering to me, I sent him a pm to ask a specific question about the color on this die cast before passing. I have no problem with you buying the car, but I do take offense to the way you imply that I did something wrong. Contrary to your belief, my post shows that I'm interested, and you don't have ANY right to be party to every letter of every thought passed between a potential buyer and seller in a deal that doesn't involve you. "Work with the interested parties to complete the sale, in the order that they showed interest in your item. This interest must be shown with a public reply to your thread, Personal Messages (PM's) or emails are not acceptable communication requirements for "getting in line" to purchase an item." Direct from the rules in the forum. The pm itself my not have put me in line, but the public reply to this thread did. Deal with it.
Ponch, you are incorrect. Replying in the thread, "PM SENT", is an acceptable way to get in line for an item. NOT posting in the thread first before sending the PM, is what's not acceptable. It is not necessary to post a bunch of other info in an initial reply. The details can all be addressed privately after any type of reply in the thread that indicates interest. No one is required to complete a transaction in public, just to post to indicate interest. The details of the transaction are no one's business except the seller and buyer. Fred's post put him first in line, period.
This is the key phrase from Mike Bucy: This interest must be shown with a public reply to your thread. Fred posted publicly first, that put him first inline. "PM sent" should be interpreted as meaning he has an interest. Any more info than that can be privately communicated.
