Does your build sheet say Dealer code 393, zone 24 ? I don't think that they are still in business. What's the build date code on your Body Number Plate ? You can check the week and month of production there, if the month is something like a low number (01), your car wasn't sold in 1971 :TU: Check the bottom line for a code like 11 A 11 = November A = First week of that month

My father, Bob Prince, was general manager at Lauesen Buick (West Los Angeles) 1962-1977. Lowell Lauesen (owner) died in 1977. I believe the dealership went out of business a few years later.
