John, Just to let you know...there is a difference in the front outer brackets for buckets between 70 and 71-72.These will work either way but if you are looking at correctness,you might want to get the right ones..I have a few sets but they need to be trimmed off of the floor board pieces(haven't had time yet) I am posting pics of the shifter and cable later this afternoon if you are still interested.Its been a hectic week and haven't had time to go for the cable as of yet. And yes,the brackets are for sale or trade.I am scrounging up parts for my racecar project so maybe we can work a deal out... Pat
They dont have to be trimmed very well I have all the tools in need . Interested in buying a set for a 70 and a 72 I am putting a set of buckets in my 72 Lark . The other set is for my brothers 70 GS that is going from Bench to buckets . He is going to use the Shifter I had listed . I thought the front outer was the welded in (same used on bench) and the rear outer is welded on post ? I might still beinterested in your shifter set up .
