I was testing the ac system in the car. The actuator under the dash hisses and slowly loses vacuum. The vacuum canister in the engine bay wont hold vacuum at all and the last actuator in the kick panel snapped off while removing the hoses. If anyone recommends where to get good replacements, it would be great.

    TrunkMonkey Totally bananas

If someone knows what plastic that part is made from, you might be able to "weld" it using the appropriate Oatey product. (Primer/solvent welding).

I have done quite a bit using Acetone and/or Oatey products.

They are used in PVC and other plastics for plumbing joins.

I have an epoxy plastic weld, maybe I could use that?

I’ve gotten those two-port actuators from either eBay or old air products. They’re like $75 each but are pretty much universal.
