I have a drag race car that I am having trouble stopping. It has 1980 stock disc. brakes on the front and 9" Ford 2 1/2" wide drum brakes on the rear. The system is manual with no chance of power. My question is, what is the correct master cylinder bore size for a front disc./rear drum combo. on a setup like this? The system as is will not slow the car down to my satisfaction without standing on the pedal with both feet. Car is a 1980 G body and is running low 10's at 130 MPH. I think the master cylinder might be mismatched to the brake system. Peace, Mike D.
