I am in need of the plastic that is sewed in the boot that covers the top when the top is down. In my 69' Electra it clips under the trim piece that goes around the body of the car, where the top meets. No Snaps, please. I am making a custom boot cover and would rather not order a new one just for this piece. Is there someting else that anyone is using that will work? Any ideas? If anyone has an old boot cover for sale let me know, Thanks !

I have just replaced my 71 GS Convertible boot. The old boot had a small tear in it at a stitched seam and a very small hole in the cover. $25 plus shipping to Georgia.

Legendary makes the boots, so they maybe could sell you the material you need.
