Brad, it is sticky under the backing of the blue decal. It can take some work to get it off. Find someone with some fingernails. Also clean the area with alchohol or something to get wax off door.

I put mine on the car over the weekend. I'm gonna burn out the battery with the number of times I've been out to admire the workmanship.

Glad you guys like them. Just glad there are not too many 72's. Those things are tough.

Dave, can't get the original off without wrecking it. Can you work with a Real high quality photograph of it ?

i received the decal. it looks really great.
i had removed the pieces of the old decal and will be applying the new one as soon as the area where the decal attaches is painted. the bodyshop had taped over the original decal so when i removed the old unit, it peeled paint underneath and of course there was ridge about the border.

I can still do them. Is it for a 70? 72 and later are too much trouble.

For a 72. If it's not worth it, I understand. Thanks for helping so many people with the ones you have made. They look great.

Kevin, If you are willing to pay for an extra blank I will do it. I have a high screw up rate with 72's do to all the info on it. If I make it in one shot. I will send you the extrablank as well. I also need you to supply all your weight info off the old one if you have it. If not I may have the info from the last one I did.

Also it depends on build date if it even needs the extra info. I believe 72's built before 1/72 used the 71 style.
