I don't know what it is about that shade of blue, but it looks fresh and cool. Now, as for the bondo, yeah, if a guy was serious about this car it would have to go in the air and the whole underside carefully assessed. Where the quarters are rotten, the floors probably aren't far behind. That said, a 64 'Cat is always a good buy; it's the last and the best of the first gen 'Cats, so it is the most desirable. So this one would be worth a good argument with the seller.
