What is the proper procedure to remove all the air from convertable lines ??

Have a 67 Buick Skylark if that makes any difference.

Tried something that worked really well. Took 2 mayo jars and filled them with tranny fluid (Dextron 3) and removed the lines
from top pistons and kept them in the jars while running motor up and down but making sure the motor stayed cool. Once all the bubbles were out of the lines I connected the top pistons and bled the air out from the motor. Had virtually no spillage and the whole process took about 15 minutes.
The top is working better than ever and quieter.
