Tim has a first rate shop in Wisconsin and had my 70 GS 455 convertible up there to do the 4 speed transplant. While the car was there, he sorted out a few items for me that have been on my "to do" list for some time. Total communication as the process came about, and zero surprises on pick up of the car. The process was done very well, great pains were taken to insure the car looks and runs correctly. I know he went above and beyond in his work, and Tim I need to say Thank you :TU: It is a great thing when a business owner takes as much pride in their work as Tim does. I can honestly recommend him to anyone in the Buick community.
Thanks Mark. It was a pleasure doing business with you as well. If it was my choice I would work on Buicks, and only Buicks-but they all pay the bills. You've got yourself a very nice 4-spd driver now. Keep in touch.
Tim is a real good guy. I purchased his pro touring Skylark from him along with a used 455. The deal went great, and he delivered it all to my house in his enclosed trailer.
Totally agree.... Tim has it together and is a great guy to deal with!! Hey Tim.... missed you in the Dells, but I did get to see the 65! Steve
Road trip this weekend to KC in the car. Should be a really fun run, hopefully with the top down all the way. Great way to break in the new engine and transmission. Thanks again Tim, the car is just fun as heck to drive.
Hey Steve. Sorry to have missed you. The 64 may be going to a new home in Connecticut; sure is a blast to drive.
Awesome. Nothing like rowing gears in a GS vert. Have a great time! I'm bustin tail to get my 1 of 126 70 GS455 4spd vert painted soon. Chris Skaling is shipping my stock appearing 462 down next week after new jets and exhaust manifold bolts. With fat jetting on a conservative dyno, it made 472HP/529 torque with small Scott Brown cam, ported Stage 1 heads, Q-jet, and ported exhaust manifolds. Can't wait to get it home.
