Tom, The rear seat bottom is much shorter (front to back) then a front bench seat bottom. Plus the vinyl pieces are cut in completely different shapes, so you can't use anything for front seat cover pieces. Duane

If I may jump on this thread of seat question, sorry, but I need to know. I have a 70 GS with Burnished saddle interior. The rear seat bench is shorter in width than the back...??? Whats the deal there. It's original and the pattern is the same but the upholstery lines dont even line up. I'll post a picture if you don't believe me. Please tell me what the deal is.
I'll bet it's the bottom cushion out of a convertible. Either a factory screw up or replaced at some point in the cars life with another bottom from a convertible.
