OK, sorry if I missed the details other than big, valve, hardened seats, lightly ported, but please share the specifics, ie, casting #, how many hours or miles are on them , what is the cc, were they flowed, who redid them, etc?

MarkO, Their 500.00 BBB heads some of the stuff you're asking has been years since I tested them like the CC's.

The valves are Stainless and have been in the heads since about 1999, Hardened seats are in the same boat, in the heads since 99. If I had to guess, the valves and seats have about 20 to 30k on them. My black car was ran hard, but not driven very many places over 200 miles at a time. Not sure on the casting numbers, I do know the heads came off a 1970 Electra (It was my buddies grandma's car). They were never flowed so I can't answer that. They were checked out and freshened 2 years ago when I put together the roller motor which I only put 800 miles on. During the last freshen up, they got new springs, seals, and a light mill for true up.

I don't have much more information that that. The heads started out life as basic 70 455 heads, they aren't anything special from a casting number standpoint.

Fed ex has been best way to ship the several heads I have shipped. I usually build a plywood box for each and has been $150

Thanks MarkO as I mentioned in another thread, I'm not going to eat any shipping on the heads, I'm not sure I want to spend an hour building boxes either. I don't want to set the expectation they will be shipped for 150 in wood boxes. If you want them cut me a perineal check for 700.00 I'll send you back what's not needed for shipping.
