I have another rotating assembly for sale this time. This one is more mild. It is a stock Rod, Stock Crank, Ross Piston combo. The Rods have ARP rod bolts in them and have been Reconditioned. They have also that the Beams ground on them and been Military Spec. Shot peened. These are about as nice as you can make a stock set of rod. The crank was index ground, and .010 under on the rods and mains. It had some of the casting flaws and stress risers ground off it and was also shot peened. The Pistons are Ross flat top pistons and with vavle relifes. It is used but in good shape. I would polish the crank, check the rods, and put it together. It was balanced with a stock balancer and a stock flexplate so if you but those on the balance should be pretty close and easy for a shop to fix. Asking Price $1000.00 plus shipping I also have an Ultra-Dyne solid roller cam. It has 10 passes on it and is in really good shape. It was a $700 cam that has $200+ dollars worth of machine work done to it. It has a roller bearing on the back surface of the cam that mates with the front of the block. I hope that is not to confusing. It was installed to reduce friction and increasing block longevity by preventing the cam from possibly galling into the block. This cam went low 9s in a full weight GS and should have gone 8s <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comhttp://www.v8buick.com/ /><o></o> Specs Intake Duration at .050 274 .647 lift with 1.55 rocker .689 lift with 1.65 <o></o> Exhaust Duration at .050 278 .647 lift with 1.55 rocker .689 lift with 1.65 rocker <o></o> This is on a 108 lobe center <o></o> Valve lash is 26 when hot <o></o> I also have a brand new set of TA roller lifters. They are still in the box and have never been put in anything. <o></o> I would like $1000.00 Plus shipping. I would like to think I am pretty easy to deal with, If you think I am to high on any of my price let me know. We might be able to work out a deal. Thanks for looking. Gary
I am in St. Louis Mo. The bore size is .038 over The pistons are flat tops with valve relives. It hard to guess compression
The part number for the pistons are 44728. They are flat tops, so they do not have a dome, The valve reliefs will net about -6cc. 1/16 ring size. I do not know the compression height, I can measure it or you can call Ross. Let me know what you want to do. Thanks Gary
If by support you mean how much these parts can take I would say 650? If you mean how much they can make, that depends on your heads, With a nice set of heads these parts could make 600 I would say. Thanks Gary
I am interested in your parts and would like to see them in person. Problem is I can't get there before the 21st. If thats ok with you let me know. Thanks
No, I would really like to keep it all together. Are you sure you just dont want to buy it all? :Brow: Sorry but its to nice of a combo to break up. Let me know what you want to do. Thanks Gary
