   Is the backspacing 5x4 3/4 on all Buick Rallye's? Have a '77 Regal that I would like to put repo rallye's that are 15x8 instead of my 15x7's in the back.

   Are you refering to the bolt pattern? If so yes, all the buick rallye wheels share the same bolt pattern except the wheels for the big cars, they have a 5" stud circle diameter. Backspacing on Buick 15" wheels is usually in the 4-4 1/2" range.
