Frankinmouth Mi. has two roads you can take to get there and the same two to leave.
Imagine 1000 show cars wanting to leave the area on Sunday. then Throw in the cars and trucks of those who wish to view all the 1000 car/trucks throwen in the mix. There also those who knew nothing of the car show who visited the town a tourist trap famous for their chicken dinners and beer.

We chose to do to a car show down state a suburb of Detroit Madison Heights. this show was not very well advertized either. At one time a group of shriners held a show there but stoped a few years back for reasons unknowen. This year a new shriners group put the show on, they have a lot to learn of getting the word out.
But they did have all of use who showed uo come in the building for Breakfast and Lunch and a end of show handing out prizes and asking us questions on how to make things better.

A total of 12 cars showed up at this show. Pictures to be posted tomorrow, life got in my way this week end.

frankenmuth is the best car show in Michigan , there usually 2000 to 3000 cars there and the club that puts the show on does a great job keeping everything flowing , thats my opinion of the show

Well Your a rare bird. Many like the show but the traffic jam getting out of town after wards Sucks so bad many have quit going.

Many given the choice would go to St Ignace before Frankinmuth.

This 1940 Willy's had many unique things from the front cow catcher to stainless seat skirts and a rear spoiler. Duel radios and more.

That Matador has been at several local shows for the last two years now.

Front bumper syou will notice is the steps you can buy for a pick up with a 2" reciever trailer hitch.
    the rear were also.
My self I felt the side pipes ruined the clean lines of it but to each their own.

Reese Mi show two weeks a go.

I go to St.Ignace and Frankenmuth shows. St.Ignace is just closer for me. I found out years ago if you make Frankenmuth for the street show Friday night from 5:00 to 10:00 you see almost everything in the show parked on the street and it's free. Great entertainment at almost every street corner and you can be gone early Saturday or Friday night with no traffic problems.
