This approval gives you full access to the site, to pictures, and to post, among other things. To be able to enjoy the full potential of the board for you, you need to be fully registered.. and that's easy.. Just send an email to me at jim@trishieldperformance.com and I will verify your registration. This policy will remain in effect indefinitely, as it has completely eliminated the bad actors from our site, who would spam and hack it, once they gained access. Thanks JW

Any way of getting my avatar off the old site. It was a picture of my father's GS. I miss placed the picture about 3 years ago and have no idea where it is.

Good question Richie, mine was gone also. I went with something new. I'm sure Jim or Mike will have a response before long.

Also, the avatar upload screen says to use a 200x200 picture. Mine is 150x75 (19.1kb) and its being auto cropped badly. Even though I made it smaller than it needs to be.

It says minimum of 200 by 200 pixels? Can't load my old avatar, for some reason.

I will get Mike to work on that, but not all the old images came across smoothly. I will see if there is anything we can do.

I resized my avatar to just slightly larger than 200x200 per the stated minimum of 200x200, and it looks good to me at this size.

Guys, I did a lot of searching and found the file that I scanned of the original Polaroid. This is the only picture I have of his car. We sent a lot hours at his body shop talking on the CB radio he had it in. Thanks, Richie

Mike, is there any reason why its cropping mine to 96 x 96? The one I'm uploading is 200 x 113, well within the recommended limits of 200 x 200.

Kevin, 200x200 is not the MAX limit, it is the minimum recommended size. Try increasing it proportionally so both numbers are 200 or larger, maybe that will solve the issue.

Ok, tried 356 X 200 and 444 X 250. The image quality got better (less blurry) but its still cropping to 96 x 96. If you right click my (or any) avatar and view image info, it shows the size it's cropping to. (scaled to 96px × 96px)
