Anyone replace a 61 Full size wiper arm spring?

I've been doing a search but haven't found a spring. Maybe a hardware store spring will be close. Looks like there is a rivet I need to drill out to access the spring. A used one in good shape might be the answer.

 

A used one will be your best bet IF you can find one.
Try searching E-Bay, etc.
