Anyone else experience problems uploading a photo to ebay?

I've tried in vain at various times yesterday from my home computer, and tried and failed from the computer at work today.
I always get an error message that says they are having problems connecting to the picture service server.
It's a jpg file, only 68k in size, and I'm only trying to load one.
Yet there are plenty of auctions listed yesterday and today that have pics attached.
It's really making me :af:

I had the same problem a couple of weeks ago, so I gave up. Maybe I should try again.
