HEy guys. My springs and shocks are shot on my 70 skylark convertable 350 4bbl project. im planning on doin the shocks first. Anybody have suggestions for brands. Im pretty much just looking for a comfy ride and I have very little money. But I dont want to buy something thats gunna blow on me in a year. Thanks
THats what I was lookin at. I didnt know if anyone had any experience with them. They look pretty legit though. Thanks, il probably just go with the gas adjust
Run them on the rear and my car 1.60's in the 60'....stock suspension with the original......yep, original springs. Off idle footbrake, so they can't be too bad  Or maybe they just work 4 me. I digress.....your probably not look'n to race the car anyway :Comp:
if you have the cash a nice pair of edelbrock ias classic shocks or bilstien hp1000s are good at a reasonable price edels are around 89 a pair while the nilstines are like 130
i don't think im gunna have enough for the edlebrocks, the kyb's look pretty good now all i gotta do is wait for payday...:TU: thanks for the input guys.
I have them on my 68 convertible and like them a lot but go to Amazon.com to order them short money and free shipping but check your application else where and verify the part number don't go by what amazon part finder says, many people have found it to be wrong from time to time here are the links to the ones i have in my car http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000C44D6Q http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000C42RU0
