2 = Price Class (L = Low)
3 and 4 = Body Style (21 = 2 Door Coupe)
5 = Engine (F = 318 2BBL "LA" engine)
6 = Model Year (7 = 1967)
7 = Assembly Plant (5 = Los Angeles)
8 thru 13 = Serial number

With the "Mopar decoder" software that give me :

1967 Coronet deluxe , 2 door sedan , 318 2bbl 230hp , built in LA

body style 23 (instead of 21) give me 2 door hardtop
