any midwest deer hunters in the group?

just wondering how many of us like to go out once a year and :blast: a deer or 2 for the freezer?
and guess I just had to show off a little because this is the biggest one I have ever gotten.
now i can concentrate on my car the rest of the winter !

Congrats Larry! I run a hunting club down here just outside New Orleans. Hunting is my other passion besides my car. It gives me a hobby to do between our 2 seasons, hot and cool.:laugh: We usually take only around 15 deer per year with a few in the 130's and a couple in the 140's Boone & Crocket.

This is a 142" 8pt that an Olds buddy of mine got when I took him with me and put him in my stand. :ball: And he's an Olds guy to boot :ball: :ball: :ball: I wonder if that qualifies him for a handicap hunt?:laugh:

and the deer up here are too big to climb trees!

 

Yeah but not too big to sneak out of the trees along the road and scare the bejeezez out of me!!
