  2. In and effort to reduce the spam on the site, several years ago I had went to a program where I manually approve each and every new registration. This approval gives you full access to the site, to pictures, and to post, among other things. To be able to enjoy the full potential of the board for you, you need to be fully registered.. and that's easy.. Just send an email to me at jim@trishieldperformance.com and I will verify your registration. This policy will remain in effect indefinitely, as it has completely eliminated the bad actors from our site, who would spam and hack it, once they gained access. Thanks JW

NOW they're coming outta the woodwork!!!

Mine is a blast. The perfect way to cruise the pits and check out the action! I think, at Stanton, my MiniTrail 50 got more attention than the GTS!

Obviously the MiniTrail is. I can't get air under the front tires of the GTS when I hit second gear, but I can with the Trail50!! :Brow: :Brow:

    no clutch

Do you ever do the 1-2 shift in the GTS w/out using the clutch? :3gears:

I had a trail 50 that when new was virtually identical to yours... By the time I got it, it had caught fire, been re-built and was nowhere near the condition yours is in. If I recall, the seat foam was held on with black duct tape and one of the brakes never did work... My brother and I rode the crap out of it for about 5 years. I think the total investment was about $50, incuding the rattle can paint job.

All the time! I never use the third pedal on the left. Mainly because there ISN'T one! My GTS has an 727 Torqueflite ( much to Joel's dismay )! :pp
