Get some rubber tubing that fits in the hole. Put a bunch of it in and keep it all below the surface of the oil. put your thumb over the hole and pull it down below the surface of the oil it should start trickiling out. you now have created a siphon. If you can't start a siphon, you can do this method multiple times. insert tube, let if fill the inside of the tube, put thumb over end, remove tube and empty into container by removing your thumb.
