The convertible top on my '62 Electra use to fit real nice but somehow it's gotten out of adjustment and is real hard to get latched down. I've adjusted the latches to get it secured but it's not right. By jacking the car up and putting it on jack stands at various times to work on it over the winter have caused the top frame to somehow change shape? Any tips on adjusting the frame I've never had a ragtop before.
Pick a sunny day. Put is part way up so that it bakes in the sun for a while. The try to lock it in place.
