Adjustable or non-adjustable shocks?

I recently installed Global West springs on my 67 GS. Since I still have stock-type shocks, the front is now a little bouncy. The tech support guy at Global West suggested QA1 Stocker Star adjustable shocks. After shopping around I noticed that there is a Stocker Star non-adjustabled version for a lot cheaper. I don't race my car so I'm just looking for good street performance. Should I spend more money for adjustables or would I be good with the non-adjustable version? Any previous experiences (good or bad) with QA1 shocks?
