I have determined that the ac pressure-cycling switch on my GN needs replaced. My question is. Do I need to evacuate the system prior to replacing the switch? Thanks Zach
Consult your Chassis Service Manual. Somewhere in those years the switch can be removed without losing refrigerant; there is a Schraeder valve where it mounts. I think.
Got a chance to check a service manual. No need to evacuate. I'll remove it tomorrow and let you know how it goes. Thanks for the help. Zach
