Scott, On the bag they were in, it says 400, 401,425. But is also says yeas 62-66. I would think they would fit.

The 400 they are referring to is the 401 when installed in the 65 / 66 Gran Sport. GM had a ban on engines larger than 400 CI in their interemediate size cars, so Buick called the 401 a 400. I doubt they would fit a 67 400.
