Im getting my 69 skylark back from the shop tomorrow and Im going to drop the engine and tranny back in. I had a few questions before I do it though. 1. Am I supposed to apply any type of lubricant to the area that the harmonic balancer goes on at, before I put the balancer back on? 2. There is one bolt hole on the upper right side of the timing cover that sits on a tab on the engine block. So there are no threads to install a bolt. Does that hole still need to be sealed up?
