    GSXMEN Got Jesus?

I have a 98 GTP SC3800 L67 Engine & Tranny for sale. Plus the wiring, ECM and inner axle stubs.

I know it runs good....started it & heard it myself. It's only got 110k on it.

Price is $950. This includes the tranny and the inner axle stubs too. $850 minus the tranny.

*I also have a good 4T65eHD tranny from a 97 GS. It only has 86k on it. Price is $350.

Alan - It has been done, but you need to fabricate a 180* radius pipe in the back to get the throttle body facing forward.

I see more and more of the GN/TR crowd starting to use the L67 shortblock. They add the heads and intake from a Series II 3800 F-body, then plumb things up to run the turbo & intercooler.

If I was doing it myself, I'd go with the latter option.

If you wanted to go that route and just needed a good core engine, I've got one of those as well. It ran good, but has been sitting for the last several years. PM me on that one....I can do a much better price on that one.

Tranny wise.....the L67 has the 60* v6 bolt pattern. You can run either a 700r4 (4L60e) or a 5 speed from an F-body. For the 700r4, you can find those in either an F-body or S-10.

Thanks Scott - it was more one of those late nite "Wierd Science" moments with thoughts of a supercharged 3800 under the hood of my SportWagon - nothing near reality.

... the price is certainly right- good luck with the sale
