Hey does anyone out there know for sure if a 36mm hollow sway bar from a 1987ish camaro or firebird fits 78-87 g-bodys? Does anyone know the costs new? And do you use the bushing brackets from the firebird or the g-body? I can figure out that you need the bushings that fit the bar!! :pp Which car do you use for the link kits ?
    Thanks Brad

The bar fits. You need to use the g-body bushing brackets, as 84+ f-body brackets have offset holes and all g-bodies I've ever seen have straight holes. Use the g-body endlink kit.

As far as how much it costs new, I have no idea.

Two years ago I bought the 36mm hollow brand new from a dealer. The parts guy gave me 20% off and I think I paid a little over $100. They are hard to find in yards. Cheaper than many of the fancy paint aftermarket bars.
