What if I buy that car, drive it to MN and sell it to you for the same price + wheel alignment and other things it needs to make the journey ? Things like an oil change, filters, belts and ATF + filter. Only problem I see is how to insure it since I'm not an US resident ? It's much cheaper compared to renting a boring car from Hertz for 4 weeks. And I will thoroughly test the car driving through CA, TX and a few other states :TU:
Hmm...I might entertain that.....But NY to CA to TX to MN, you're talking about putting 6,000 miles or more on the car! I'd spot you the $ for the opening alignment/tuneup/trans service (~150.00), but I think other repair needs that emerge during the trip would have to be your responsibility. I'll see if I can e-mail the seller and learn more about it.
