I am selling my most recent purchase, a 76 Electra coupe. It is Musket Brown metallic with neutral cloth. The mileage is 40,300. I am the third owner. Since purchase in Oct, I have done alot of work and alot of cleaning. The car was driven here 400 miles from Rochester, NY. When I got to the shop, the thermostat (orig) was stuck open and the oil sending switch was leaking badly. I removed all the accessory drive items and fuel system/igntion, etc and cleaned engine bay and replaced: carb with a 68' 750 cfm Roch from my Riviera, has no choke. New Stage 1 fuel pump and correct line from pump to carb. All valve cover gaskets, pcv valve, thermostat, associated gaskets, the oil pressure switch, vacuum lines, hose clamps, hoses, fittings, vac. tee's, etc. Replaced ignition wires, cap, rotor and coil with MSD components. Serviced trans fluid and filter, rear diff fluid, (non-posi 2.56) replaced shock with KYB gas adjusts and replaced tires BFG Radial T/A's 255/70/15 rear and 235/70/15 front. Aligned. Exhaust is 2 1/2-3" dual, flowmaster 80's, sounds very good. No fluid leaks (now.) Car has definitly had the quarters painted at one time, and likely other areas but the blends are decent . Chrome, road wheels, etc. very nice. (not perfect). Landau top has some cracks, but nice also. Radio is out now, sent to Mike Hagan's antique radio for recon. , will have back in a few weeks. Everything works, cruise servo has slight vac leak, works but constantly moves in and out...I just don't need it. Car rides very nice now, no squeeks and very tight considering. I am asking 5200.00 or best offer, PM me with any questions. I am selling because I am buying a new truck, so I can't deliver it ... thanks-Corey. :beer

    Corey,

    It's easy, try this:

Go to the eBay page with your Electra on it.

Move your cursor over the address of the page, click on it with the right-mouse-button.
Now you see the address turns blue and there's a little sub-screen showing.

Go to COPY in this subscreen and click on it with the left-mouse-button.

Now the address is "stored into your mouse", go to the topic you want to post your address, and click on the right-mouse-button again.

You see the little sub-screen again, and you click on PASTE with your left-mouse-button.

The addres is now copied into your message..... :TU:

    It will look like this:

    Erik,
How do you change the name of the link to other words, ie. the bold face "link" in the above post? Thanks, Dan

    No, I'm not !!

    It's just basic computer knowledge,
but most people just plug in their PC and click away......

There is a load of info about stuff like this.
Just open the HELP section on your (Windows) computer and take a few hours to read, understand and try things out.

Ah, Erik, most of us guys would rather play with the toy first, then when things don't work out the way we want, we'll ask somebody for help. Read the instructions. hahaha

Then again, my attention span isn't all that long sometimes....what was the question again. :Dou:

    Your car is nice.
i think its missing a trailer hitch and a continental kit.
Maybe a thermometer in the mirror.
and then you would have it sold in a heart beat

    Sorry.Off Topic

I have never seen this cars with conni kit, is it the same kits they use on Caddys.
Would have been fun seeing a picture of 74-76 Electra with it.
