thanks for the info. I have to pass due to no money right now, but would love to have it. I have many parts for that baby including a correct motor date coded and all. It be awesome to show up to BG with two killer 73's.

I have thoroughly enjoyed reading about the Century's

    Thats Johnny Csordas's old car.

I dont know if I'd consider Westchester "upstate", but they use just as much salt there as they do here on the Island.

Jason that car came from the island originally and my buddy bought it in 1978 from the original old man owner. He bought it off the Buick lot in 1974 as a leftover because it was the only stick car they had and he did not drive automatics.

Do you know the dealer? Mine came from Shore Buick in Bellmore originally. It would be funny if they were from the same dealer.

I hope someone buys it. It looked much nicer when you owned it

I had my chance to buy it from Jerry a few years back for $3000 when it had a basic 455/TH400 in it. A friend of mine told me about him wanting to sell it so I checked it out but I'd just bought my 73 Century and it was much more solid body wise so I passed. I wouldn't mind having it for the four speed parts or to clone mine into a tribute GS. Although It'd be a shame to cut it up though as its not in the worst shape car I've ever seen. I saw it at Buick Race Day at Norwalk a few times but I heard the engine blew and now it sits in his driveway under a cover in Avon. :Do No:

If the car is from upstate NY, you can bet it has a LOT of rust underneath

Got a rear rubber bumper strip ? Man thats what I need. I was a year too late on this one, now it would be to much. Love the color tho:beer Fernando we met at BG in 05. I was next to Mike B's car with the Suncoupe. I bought that one two years ago! We should talk again. I am always looking for parts.:dollar:

Wow, alot of buzz about John's old 4 speed car (HEY JOHN!!) well I finally posted it where it belongs here on the forum. Yes, its in by driveway in Avon Ohio. No the bottom isn't rusty it hasnt been registered in NY for street use since the 80's( drag strips dont use salt) No it doesnt look as nice as when John had it, but it's all still there and I need to sell it.... and the price is not set in stone.
